Saenz Global is a bootstrapped B2B company providing back-office operations for roofing contractors. Founded in 2020, the company helps contractors systematize their sales pipeline, client operations, and marketing, replacing the overhead that keeps small businesses from scaling.

As an early hire and the only designer on the team, I owned the full digital stack, from brand and product design to paid media and growth infrastructure. Desining and implementing the systems that brought leads in, qualified them, and moved them through the funnel.
